Melton Wellness House
After first opening in April 2019, Melton Wellness House continues to provide a valuable and much needed addition to the local area. Ideally situated in Melton town centre with plenty of parking options, it is in an ideal location for members of the local community residing in Melton itself, or in the borough.
The house is a wonderful, well-maintained listed building, next to some famous Melton landmarks.
The house benefits from lots of different therapists/practitioners being based there, many of these complimenting each other to give you a great array of options to improve your health!
The Wellness House operates as my main clinic, whereby I have exclusive use of a room on the top floor.
I offer appointments at the Wellness House Monday to Thursday, and on two Saturdays per month.

Swim Six Hills
Swim Six Hills is an excellent facility located next to an open water lake, and it provides cycling services such as bike fitting, making it very attractive to many swimmers and triathletes.
I am therefore happy to associate my business with an already very successful establishment, by practicing in the on-site therapy room. It also has a café, meaning you can enjoy a cup of coffee alongside your appointment!
Six Hills makes an ideal location for lots of prospective customers travelling from Melton Mowbray, Loughborough, Leicester, Nottingham, and the surrounding villages. I am based here on Fridays.

The Steel Yard Gym
First opening in 2020, the Steel Yard is a gym located in the heart of Melton Mowbray which I use for my in-person personal training sessions. The Steel Yard is arguably the best gym in the area due to its friendly atmosphere attracting a huge variety of members of different ages and abilities, both male and female. As an independent gym, it also has more of a welcoming nature and sense of community which you don't necessarily get with the 'big chains'. The Steel Yard has an impressive variety of equipment available, from cardio to resistance machines and free-weights, along with an area suitable for stretching and other floor-based exercise. There's definitely something for everyone!
