April 2018 marked the start of a new effort to raise awareness of the importance of Biomechanics and postural health to local groups. These are beneficial to the whole of the population, so you don't necessarily have to be an athlete to attend. The focus will be on how to eliminate common aches and pains such as those experienced in the back, knees, shoulders and neck. Furthermore, from a sport/exercise point of view, the talks will explore how to use these Biomechanical principles to create more efficient movement and reduce injuries, hence improving all-round performance.
